The annual MOBE Symposium delivers success models and mentoring resources for Black and Urban professionals. MOBE’s proven track record for facilitating strategic alliances and professional development has resulted in deals between small businesses and larger corporations delivering what most conferences do not… revenue-generating connections and partnerships!!! Our participants directly influence spending power and impact the urban consumer base: 2020, MOBE quickly adapted to the pandemic climate and the new marketing landscape with the launch of #MOBEMondays, a weekly digital series that included some of the highest achievers, influencers and independent thinkers, including leaders from AARP, BET, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Nielsen, New York Life, The OWN Network, Procter & Gamble, Revolt TV and Sony, among others.
Black-Owned companies generated $200 million in business through initial business introductions and relationships conceived at MOBE symposiums. MOBE is known for bringing together Legendary Influencers – LA Reid, Sylvia Rhone, Al Sharpton, Russell Simmons, Cathy Hughes, the late Percy Sutton, B. Smith and Johnnie Cochran. MOBE was a showcase for Brandy, Usher, Avant and John Legend well before becoming household names.
