For the last 32 years in Chicago, Father’s Day has meant Real Men Cook. Real Men Cook promotes positive images of men in relationship to families and communities to destroy myths about Black men and fatherhood. Thousands of men and their families have participated, literally serving the community.
One ticket allows you to sample various dishes that are prepared by our men. The proceeds benefit Real Men Charities, Inc., the nonprofit producer of the Real Men Cook event. Since the Pandemic of 2020, Real Men Charities has distributed over 2,000 breakfasts to youth and over 1 million pounds of groceries to families.
